Treatment Centers

We aim to process and ship orders within one business day of receiving them. Orders being shipped within the continental U.S. should arrive 3-7 business days after it has been shipped.

If during the first year of operation any BACtrack unit ceases to function properly, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. To obtain warranty service, please contact customer support at 877-334-6876 or support@breathalyzer.com.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your BACtrack, we'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase price paid, whichever you prefer, within 30 days from the original shipping date.

BACtrack ships to most countries around the world. The customer is responsible for all charges including shipping, customs duties, and taxes. Orders will take longer than normal to reach destinations outside the United States.
