breathalyzer.com stands behind every BACtrack breathalyzer manufactured and sold. We have strict quality assurance procedures that help minimize errors and defects during production, assembly, and initial calibration. If during the first year of operation any BACtrack unit ceases to function properly, breathalyzer.com will repair or replace the defective product at no charge.
It is essential to take proper care of your breathalyzer to avoid having to send the product back for warranty service. Make sure you wait 15-20 minutes after eating, drinking, or smoking before blowing into the tester. BACtrack sensors are an extremely sensitive component. Blowing any residual alcohol, smoke, saliva, or food into the tester can damage your product.
Also, it’s important to use your breathalyzer regularly to keep it in good working order. If your breathalyzer has not been used for an extended period of time (3 weeks or more), the sensor may begin to dry out. To maximize accuracy, clean the sensor by performing a test every few weeks, even if you don't intend on using it. Whether or not alcohol is present on the breath for the sensor cleaning doesn’t matter. The moisture in your breath keeps the sensor performing optimally.
To obtain warranty service, please call 1-877-334-6876 or email Customer Service at support@breathalyzer.com, describe the issue you are having, and request a Return Authorization number. Customers are responsible for return shipping back to our service center.

Any item may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 15% shipping and restocking fee. Please contact breathalyzer.com Support to get a Return Authorization Number before shipping your item back to us. You will not be reimbursed without a Return Authorization Number from breathalyzer.com staff.
Any item that is not working properly and is still within a warranty period may be returned for an exchange. If your breathalyzer is giving inaccurate readings, please read our Calibration Questions page before returning your product.
Clienti UE e SEE: il tuo diritto di recesso
Se risiedi nell'Unione europea, in Islanda, nel Liechtenstein o in Norvegia e hai acquistato in qualità di consumatore, puoi recedere dall'acquisto entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui ricevi la merce, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione. Se il tuo ordine arriva in più consegne, i 14 giorni decorrono dalla ricezione dell'ultimo articolo.
Come recedere. Usa il nostro modulo Annulla il mio ordine, oppure invia una dichiarazione esplicita via e-mail a support@breathalyzer.com. Per recedere non serve un numero di autorizzazione al reso. Ti confermeremo la ricezione via e-mail e ti invieremo le istruzioni per il reso.
Restituzione della merce. Restituisci la merce entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione del recesso. Il costo diretto della restituzione è a tuo carico. Spediscila, indicando il numero d'ordine, a:

Il tuo rimborso. Ti rimborseremo tutto ciò che hai pagato, comprese le spese di consegna standard, entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione del recesso. Non rimborsiamo il costo aggiuntivo di un'opzione di consegna più rapida da te scelta. Possiamo trattenere il rimborso finché non avremo ricevuto la merce o finché non avrai dimostrato di averla restituita, a seconda di quale evento si verifichi per primo. Useremo lo stesso metodo di pagamento che hai utilizzato, senza alcun costo per te.
Condizioni della merce. Puoi maneggiare la merce come faresti in un negozio per verificarla. Possiamo trattenere un importo solo per l'eventuale diminuzione di valore dovuta a una manipolazione che vada oltre. La commissione di spedizione e rifornimento del 15% indicata sopra non si applica ai recessi previsti da questa sezione.
Questo diritto si aggiunge alla nostra politica di reso di 30 giorni e non pregiudica i tuoi diritti di garanzia previsti dalla legge.
